IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAMINATION
Perform medical examination according to U.S. Department of Health and Human Services regulations- Published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the Technical Instructions for the Medical Evaluation of Aliens in the United States.
CIVIL SURGEON CERTIFICATION
When applicant is medically cleared and application form is completed civil surgeon will certify Form I-693 to be submitted to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
